Mrs. N.Revathi Raju

Managing Director
What the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.
True to the quotation Mrs N. Revathi is the Joint Secretary of Sanskriti Educational Society. Just like when painting, an artist injects her canvas with her beliefs and values — knowingly or unknowingly — and the completed painting becomes an extension of herself. Likewise, she found Sanskriti which, springs from her deepest yearnings, making it unique and personal.

She had completed her Post Graduation in Child Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management from Osmania University. She underwent International Trainings in the field of education along with Waldorf Training Programs conducted by the Waldorf Educational Society, Hyderabad. She has done Montessori Training and after that she worked extensively on the equipment and the methodology of Montessori. She has conducted both the pre-primary and primary teacher training programs to unemployed youth of Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Krishna, Nellore & West Godavari Districts on behalf of the APSTEP, Hyderabad.

She is an ardent follower and strongly believes in the Philosophy and principles of Jiddu Krishna Murthi and Rishi Aurobindo .

Empowered with self confidence, comprehensive awareness, realism, conceptual ability and strong interpersonal relationships, she has the ability to EMPATHIZE with students and to CONNECT with them. , the ability to INSPIRE students. And also to be resilient.

The success of Sanskriti is her hard work, strong principles, dedication to the job and determination. Like a true optimist she sees the opportunity in every difficulty and not difficulty in every opportunity.

Mrs. S. Yamini Raju

Managing Director
Some people dream of great accomplishments, while others stay awake and do them.
Mrs S. Yamini , the General Secretary of Sanskriti Educational Society thoroughly justifies the second category of the quote. On completing her Bachelor’s degree in computers from OU,she underwent many training programs in early childhood education to equip herself with the skills necessary to start and establish an institution.

A great achievers of our society she had the courage, determination and belief in herself to pursue a dream, to overcome obstacles and to nurture ideas to fruition.

In the year 2001 she along with her sister, started Sanskriti. She revolutionized the concept of school, opened opportunities for others and changed the way we think and live. According to her -“Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.”

With her calm composure, process oriented ways, self absorbed and self sufficient nature trusting her own instincts and following whatever it is that inspires them , worked very hard to establish Sanskriti. A born problem solver, she is passionate making Sanskriti, to a great extent, her life and unusually quick on uptakes.

She takes keen interest in all the activities of Sanskrti and help her staff from time to time to make it the best institution.

“Its often easier to fight for a principle than to live up to it” and she is an epitome who lives up to the principles.
